Boy/Oh boy/Little did I know, I was about to be caught/taken/swindled in a web of scams/lies/deceptions. My dream project/job/task quickly turned into a nightmare/disaster/horrific experience.
I was initially impressed/encouraged/optimistic by check here the selection/variety/range of professionals/contractors/workers listed on MyBuilder. I carefully selected/patiently reviewed/thoroughly examined several profiles and ultimately decided upon/went with/chose a contractor/builder/tradesperson who seemed qualified/experienced/competent.
However/Alas/Sadly, this decision/choice/selection proved to be my biggest mistake/worst error/fatal flaw. From the start/beginning/onset, there were red flags/warning signs/suspicious activities. The contractor/builder/tradesperson was consistently unresponsive/late/unreliable. Promises were broken/ignored/disregarded and the work itself was of subpar/poor/shoddy quality.
Desperate/Frustrated/Exasperated, I tried to communicate/resolve/mediate the issues, but my efforts/attempts/pleas were met with silence/indifference/hostility. MyBuilder's customer service/support team/assistance was equally unhelpful/ineffective/dismissive. They failed to address/ignored/refused to acknowledge my concerns/complaints/grievances.
